There is so much goodness for an East Coaster to catch up on in reading all of Seattle, Washington's reviews of the annual Doe Bay Fest. I love smaller intimate festivals because chances are you'll fall for a band you've never heard of before. One band I came across in reading about the weekend was Tea Cozies.
