Ayo is an Afro-German singer/song writer who currently resides in Manhattan but has released her albums in Europe and has done really well. She will be doing some concerts with my other favorite, Charlie Winston in the near future. I first heard her in Turkey nearly a year ago while we were waiting for a local band to come on stage they had some music tv station on and I wrote her name down, now I am glad I did. She reminds me a bit of India.Arie. From her debut album, Joyful, I suggests listening to "Down on my knees", "What is love?", and "Life is Real" is my favorite. It is music to make you feel good.
